Pan de Bono, as it is called in Colombia, is a very popular cheese bread in South America made with cassava starch and fresh salty cheese. These breads are also known as chipa in Paraguay and Argentina or pao de queijo in Brazil.
At Bajo Grande we developed the recipe to prepare delicious pan de Bono in waffle shape and the success at our events has been resounding!
